LD Fully Coated pigs LD-FC Series
The Low-Density Fully Coated Foam Pig is constructed from lightweight, open-cell polyurethane foam
and fully coated with a durable polyurethane elastomer. This design provides enhanced durability and
protection while maintaining the flexibility needed for navigating complex pipelines. These pigs are
ideal for light-duty cleaning, dewatering, and product removal in pipelines that require minimal
abrasion and a soft touch.
Their full coating provides extra resilience, making them suitable for pipelines with tight bends,
varying diameters, and sensitive internal surfaces. The fully coated design also improves their ability
to withstand harsher conditions while still performing effectively in light-duty applications.
