LD Criss Cross Coated Pigs LD-XX Series

The Light-Density Criss-Cross Foam Pig is constructed from lightweight polyurethane foam and
features a polyurethane elastomer coating in a criss-cross pattern. This design enhances its ability to
perform light-duty wiping, batching, and product removal tasks while ensuring gentle cleaning of the
pipeline’s interior. Its soft, flexible structure allows it to navigate through tight bends, varying
diameters, and complex pipeline configurations, making it ideal for a range of pipeline maintenance
operations.

The criss-cross coating improves its ability to remove light debris and deposits without damaging the
pipeline surfaces. This pig is commonly used for drying pipelines, light cleaning, and batching and
product removal in industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, and food processing.

Key Benefits

Enhanced Cleaning Efficiency: The criss-cross polyurethane elastomer coating provides effective
removal of light debris, dust, and residue, making it ideal for light-duty cleaning, drying, and product separation tasks.

Flexibility: Its lightweight foam construction allows it to easily navigate through tight bends, varying
pipeline diameters, and complex layouts, ensuring efficient performance in diverse pipeline systems.

Protection of Pipeline Integrity: The gentle, non-abrasive design ensures that the pipeline’s
internal surfaces remain undamaged, making it suitable for sensitive operations in industries like oil & gas, water treatment, and food processing.

Customizable Features: With options such as pulling ropes, double-nose or double-dish designs,
and custom diameters and lengths, the pig can be tailored to meet specific pipeline requirements.

Advanced Functionality: Equipped with features like gauge facilities, high-strength magnets for
tracking, and pluggable by-pass ports, the pig offers advanced capabilities for gauging and monitoring pipeline conditions during operations.

Optional Features:

– Double-dish or double-nose configurations.
