High Density Foam Pigs

High Density Foam Pigs are robust tools designed for demanding pipeline maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, drying, and dewatering. Constructed from high-density foam with a density ranging from 8 to 10 lbs/ft³, these pigs are effective in handling pipelines over distances of 50 to 500 km, adeptly navigating bends and variations in diameter without sustaining damage. Their denser construction allows for more effective scrubbing of tough deposits and ensures a better seal against pipe walls, minimizing the bypassing of product.

Customizable options include enhancements like Criss cross coated, fully coated foam, steel brushes, and nylon brushes, which improve their cleaning efficiency for more challenging tasks. Their versatility makes them ideal for various industries, including oil and gas, water utilities, and chemical processing.
