LD Bare Foam Pigs LD-BR Series

The Low-Density Bare Foam Pig is a lightweight, flexible pig made from 1.2 lbs/ft³ open-cell polyurethane foam, featuring a polyurethane elastomer coating on its base. Designed for gentle tasks like cleaning, dewatering, and drying pipelines, it is highly effective in navigating complex pipeline systems without causing damage. Its soft, bare design lacks abrasive components, making it ideal for removing loose debris, moisture, and light residues from delicate pipeline surfaces.

This foam pig is commonly used to dry pipelines after hydrotesting, serve as a gauging pig to check internal conditions, and assist in batching and product separation. It is particularly useful in pipelines with low volumes and pressures or those with intricate layouts.
