ID Nylon Wire Brush pigs ID-NW Series
These are tailored for specialized pipeline cleaning where moderate mechanical action is needed. Constructed from 2–3 lbs/ft³ density foam, these pigs combine the flexibility to navigate bends with the strength to handle tougher tasks than lighter foam pigs.
The key feature of these pigs is the integrated nylon brushes, which provide targeted scrubbing action to remove dirt, wax, and light scale from pipeline walls. This makes them more effective for moderate debris removal compared to fully coated pigs, which focus more on abrasion resistance. Nylon brush pigs are designed for situations where a higher level of mechanical cleaning is required, while still aintaining the adaptability to move through pipelines with variations in diameter.
Ideal for oil and gas, water, and industrial pipelines, these pigs are a reliable solution for routine maintenance tasks that demand more aggressive cleaning than foam alone can provide.
