ID Fully Coated pigs ID-FC Series
These are designed for robust pipeline cleaning and maintenance tasks. Made from foam with a density of 2–3 lbs/ft³, these pigs offer an ideal combination of flexibility and strength. The fully coated polyurethane elastomer exterior enhances abrasion resistance, ensuring the pig withstands tougher environments and more abrasive debris than uncoated or partially coated pigs.
The fully coated design allows these pigs to handle more demanding cleaning tasks, such as removing wax, light scale, and other deposits, while maintaining their shape as they pass through bends and diameter variations in the pipeline. Their durability and enhanced cleaning efficiency make them a superior choice for operations where light-density pigs may not hold up, providing better longevity and consistent performance in oil and gas, water utilities, and industrial pipelines.
