HD Criss Cross Coated Pigs HD-XX Series
These are designed for efficient pipeline cleaning, batching, and product removal. Made from 8–10 lbs/ft³ density foam, these pigs provide the perfect balance of durability and flexibility for pipelines over distances of 50 to 500 kilometres.
The criss-cross polyurethane coating offers enhanced abrasion resistance, making these pigs ideal for moderate-duty cleaning tasks. The criss-cross pattern maximizes contact with pipeline walls, improving debris removal and ensuring thorough cleaning of wax, light scale, and residual products. This design also increases the pig’s lifespan, allowing for multiple uses and better performance in pipelines with bends or diameter variations.
