Local manufacturing leader expands service portfolio through global collaboration
Perth, Western Australia – Royal Poly Products, Australia’s first manufacturer of locally made pipeline pigs, has announced the introduction of advanced Inline Inspection (ILI) technology to the Australian and Qatari markets.
This initiative, delivered in close collaboration with trusted Middle Eastern technology partners, will provide pipeline operators with world-class inspection capabilities—locally supported and rapidly deployable.
High-Performance Inspection Solutions
The new ILI tools are designed to deliver high-resolution, accurate data to detect:
- Internal and external corrosion
- Dents, deformations, and ovalities
- Other critical pipeline anomalies that can compromise asset integrity
By enabling proactive maintenance and reducing unplanned shutdowns, these technologies help operators optimise asset performance while meeting stringent regulatory requirements.
Strategic Rollout in Australia and Qatar
The service launch will focus on two high-value markets:
- Australia – Leveraging Royal’s manufacturing base in Perth and extensive network in the pipeline sector.
- Qatar – Building on existing projects and partnerships in one of the world’s leading energy producers.
